The citizens are dying out here, sir. I'm all for holding people accountable (that commit REAL crimes). But you have situations out here where citizens are dying over busted tail lights, selling loose cigarettes, improper lane changes, eyeballing the police, running from the police when they didn't have any charges, and reefer possession.
He resisted which made the cops take him to the ground....if he had talked to the cops, moved on, taken his citation then he would be alive today....he had been warned multiple times....the guy was an idiot.
So cops have the right to kill dumb people ?
Did you even see the video? He was talking to one of the cops when another snuck behind him and put a choke hold on him.
No but dumb people cause their own deaths.....this woman killed HERSELF....Eric garner died bc his body couldn't handle minor physical activity... The guy in NC was murder but each situation is different and just bc an idiot dies does not make it automatically the cops fault.
Dead men can't talk. So all the evidence they can provide is the fact that they died in police custody.
Yeah I watched it.... He was backing away saying F U cops... One cop tried putting him in cuffs and he kept resisting and they jumped him and threw him to the ground....I'm guessing pretty please wasnt working
In the end, was it worth it for all involved? Eric Garner died and the city of New York just paid a settlement.
Cops don't have to make an arrest every time some silly violation or ordinance is broken. They could have very easily just told Garner to go home.
And you clowns wonder why the jails are overcrowding and we are spending tax dollars on housing prisoners when we are locking up every petty weed dealer, cigarette seller, minor traffic violator, man behind on child support, and homeless beggar we find.
The point that she kicked him acting like an idiot gets lost in all this. Anyone on the cop hating side of the fence just will not admit that's what caused it.

So if she was just getting a warning how did her legs get out of the car? A lane violation for you and I equals a conversation. Our Black citizens expect to get dragged from their car, put face down in the dirt and arrested. The lady had just started a new job so I'm sure this arrest got her fired, so even had she survived jail her life was wrecked. But yeah, it is all her fault.
I'm not a cop hater but neither do I hate Black people
The cop asked for her license and registration....she became belligerent and refused....that's when the cop asked her to get out of her car and she proceeded to kick him.
When u start showing me videos of someone being pulled over by the police, cooperating, and the cops being the ones to escalate the situation....I might agree with you but I feel that these perps should have to act the same as anyone else when they have broken the law.
They've been posted before. Fact is they have a different experience and expecting them to just act right denies the fact there are two sides to this story and a lot of history behind their actions.
