Why do cops hate dogs?

Cops kill innocent and subdued people all the time, so I guess killing a dog isn’t that big of a deal.

They mostly profile as psychopaths and authoritarians. If anyone (or anything) stands in their way, they seem to error on the side of brut or deadly force.

They don't understand discretion or cutting slack.
