To Protect and to Serve II

Damn, what is wrong with these cops?

This is a perfect example of why you should record every interaction with law enforcement. It’s really sickening that tax payers money is funding the salary of this idiot cop.

It’s time that the power the people have bestowed on law enforcement is reduced. We the people have given them the power to harass, beat, and murder citizens without much repercussions.

I’m not saying all cops are bad, but if you have a barrel of 100 snakes and only 2 are poisonous are you going to stick your hand in that barrel?

“When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When people fear the government, there is tyranny.”

It’s time the government realizes that they work for the people.

Why should the government fear a people who bow to their every whim? Why should they fear the people who’ve allowed them to rack up what’s nearing 30 TRILLION dollars of debt in our name? Why should they fear a people who say nothing about their liberties being stripped from them?

That balance of power has long since tipped.
Name any bad actor throughout history and you’ll find none would’ve achieved their depraved goals absent police and military.

Police are simply the pointy spear of all political will.

You have far too many people on the right and left side of the aisles that love their jackbooting police. These are the "order followers" and tattle tells of the community.

I don't think things have changed that much over the years, that's is pretty much how I remember cops from 50 years ago before I became a fine upstanding member of society.

While I have seen and did my best to discourage BS police calls by citizens and it does happen, the far majority of calls for service by citizens were out of legit concerns for either safety, criminal issues or other type incidents.

Unlike Ricky, these are actually good cops that know how to handle tattle tales and Karens...

What makes you think ive not deescalted several situations like this and handled various “Karen’s”. Lol I teach de escalation and workplace violence prevention

That headline is a lie. That house and her boyfriend who shot the officer was listed on the warrant. Because they were dealing drugs
Is this really the best time and most efficiant way to arrest a criminal? Reminds me of the David Koresh situation. The cops had plenty of opportunities to arrest him yet they waited until he was in his home. Don't they realize people are going to take a stand in their homes? It makes the cops job that much more dangerous.

the only reason why you do a no-knock is if the cops want to go in and recreate a television moment and fulfill a lifelong dream of making that big bust with guns blazing and adrenaline pumping. No person that wants to come home to their family at the end of the day realy wants to engage in this kind of nonsense... especially over some punk azz drug dealer.

Again, I wish these cops had the same zeal about going after these politicians and such that write laws or make executive orders that violate the rights of the people. The day I see a cop handcuff a mayor or governor or state representative for violating their oath, then I would believe that the cops really are doing their jobs.

I can only imagine if you would have been there. You would have gotten carpal tunnel writing out all of those disturbing the peace, reckless driving, illegal turn, busted taillight and other various ordinance tickets.

The reason why this video is notable is because it DID NOT go down that way. Very, very unusual.

I’ve stated time and again how much I despised the way the ATF and FBI handled the Koresh thing for lots of reasons. They did everything right here (except the allegation they didn’t announce themselves which there is no proof of)

They had verified evidence and witnesses for weeks of the drug dealing at this address and with these people. No knock warrants are done so they can’t dispose of the evidence

And you’ve stated your opinion that drug dealing isn’t that big of a deal and I’ve stated my opinions of why that’s false

The video is not notable. Crap like this happens 50 times a day in Knoxville alone. Just because YOU aren’t privy to it doesn’t mean it’s not going on or even handled the way here
