To Protect and to Serve II

Exactly..... but the world we live in is full of flawed individuals...... priests..... doctors.... Contractors 😎you name the profession. There are bad ones in every group. I know they should be held to a higher standard, but I don’t think “auditing” is very helpful.... it may be hurtful as it’s just one more issue cops have to deal with.
Can you imagine some smart ass chump coming on your job site auditing your work?
I'm not sure what Slice's profession is or your for that matter, but I would assume that neither you nor Slice have the ability to detain people or given the ability to shoot/beat on fellow Americans.

Fired Parkland BSO deputy given job back with full back pay, union says

https://www.miamiherald.com/news/local/community/broward/article242719216.html

Miller, 57, was paid $138,410.25 in 2017, according to the Sun-Sentinel. The BSO veteran had challenged the decision with union backing. An arbitration ruling found “BSO violated Sgt. Brian Miller’s constitutional due process rights and improperly terminated him,” the union said.

So, the union supports cops like this, but heaven forbid if you make a YouTube video telling cops to uphold their oath...

That’s true. Look, I’m not a cop hater or a big fan of them either. I’ve got friends that are cops and I’ve seen first hand a lot of the BS they have to put up with. In a typical day, they’re not dealing with people like me and you and this undeniably leads to becoming jaded.
I get the point you’re making, but how do you solve the issue? I don’t think filming yourself intentionally being a pain in the ass is the answer.

The answer is simply that the cops need to uphold their oath and not resort to escalating trivial matters. Someone not wearing a mask or not wearing a mask properly is a trivial matter. parents playing with their kids on a playground is a trivial matter. Tinted windows, reefer and a busted tag light is a trivial matter.

Change has to come from the inside, but as long as they continue to run out the good cops, change will not be able to come.

people audit my work all the time. I say bring it. I have nothing to hide. I have “Quality” in my business name. If I was scared I should have named it “half ass construction “

Perhaps I should have expressed it differently...... like smart assed guys coming in and aggravating you just to see if they could get a ride out of you 😎

Let's assume the worst case scenario is that these guys are just out here to agitate.

So the cops' solution is to give these guys exactly what they want, an angry response?
You have to admit if your job was to clean bathrooms and some horses arses came in and purposefully smear crap all over the place and piss on the floor it would piss you off. That's the equivalent of what they're doing, unnecessary work and making the guys life more difficult just to determine if the guy cleans the bathroom properly.

Damn, what is wrong with these cops?

This is a perfect example of why you should record every interaction with law enforcement. It’s really sickening that tax payers money is funding the salary of this idiot cop.

It’s time that the power the people have bestowed on law enforcement is reduced. We the people have given them the power to harass, beat, and murder citizens without much repercussions.

I’m not saying all cops are bad, but if you have a barrel of 100 snakes and only 2 are poisonous are you going to stick your hand in that barrel?

“When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When people fear the government, there is tyranny.”

It’s time the government realizes that they work for the people.

Why should the government fear a people who bow to their every whim? Why should they fear the people who’ve allowed them to rack up what’s nearing 30 TRILLION dollars of debt in our name? Why should they fear a people who say nothing about their liberties being stripped from them?

That balance of power has long since tipped.
Name any bad actor throughout history and you’ll find none would’ve achieved their depraved goals absent police and military.

Police are simply the pointy spear of all political will.
