To Protect and to Serve II

My Dad's best friend is a Phd economist. Spent a night in jail because a cop thought he was drunk driving. He has neurological issues, which he explained several times. He blew clean but is not capable of looking normal during a field sobriety test. They didn't give a ****.

That's the kind of riff raff i associate with. I'll take my guys over yours.

Me and another guy got detained by cops for like an hour because my buddy brought an orange toy gun into a school dance. I get it, but keep in mind this is before Columbine. We didn't know better and all we needed was a short talk, but again, it was unnecessarily physical and they said the stupidest **** to scare us, like that we were gonna get charged with attempted murder

One of my female, salt of the earth Sunday school teachers who does not drink got harassed in another fake drunk driving stop.

My buddy blew just below the legal limit and cops whisked him into the back of their unit and drove over 100 mph back to the station to get him a blood test ASAP before his BAC fell anymore. He passed.

I was profiled multiple times in my college days. I'd get pulled over just so the cop could probe me for suspicion of anything.

To suggest doctors have power anywhere on the level of the guys that can shoot your dog or you and often go without punishment is ludicrous.

You're blaming the victims with no knowledge of any of the incidents. This is exactly why people hate cops. You're automatically taking your corrupt brothers' side as if you've never seen police misconduct. I bet you're a great cop.

Try this one. I'm at my GF's house party in college. Cops show up and tell everybody to leave. The boyfriends are staying to help clean up. One of us specifically gets told to leave. He starts to explain himself politely and without warning an officer slammed him and arrested him, ****ing up his knee. Wanna hear more?
Doctors can hold people against their will if they choose. I see it everyday. That’s pretty powerful. I’ve never shot a dog and not seen anyone ever do it either within the departments i worked for.

im blaming the victim on the bus issue because he broke the law and was clearly in the wrong and acted like an a**. If I see where an officer does something wrong or over the top, I will call them out on it and have done so in this thread.

Did your friend file an actual complaint? I bet not. And wonder why the police were called there?

Sounds like he should be able to have won in court then. Not all officers have the same training and capabilities. And that’s what BAC is for

So a school resource officer yelled at you for bringing a fake gun into a school dance?

It was actually the same cop that rolled his car and died. He slammed my friend. They didn't touch me but we were both harassed. The cops held two minors for an hour and did not tell our parents. We told our parents. Do the fkn math on that one

Where was this at?

I'm saying you're trash based on all your comments and attitudes about police work. Please retire
I said I call out officers who actually are in the wrong. Seems that your attitude on life and your friends acting like jackasses seem to be the cause of most of your own problems 🤷‍♀️
what area did you live in? Sounds rural

Man, the problem is that you say it is only 1% or a few randomly sprinkled here and there.

Until we close that gap between you opinion and the general public's opinion, then there can't be an honest discourse or relationship between the two of us.

Could the truth lie somewhere in the middle? Sure? But to say 1% is just ridiculous. That is a non-starter.

Ok I’ll say 1% of the departments that I’ve personally worked with and seen in person. I of course can’t speak for the hundreds of thousands of law enforcement throughout the entire country
