Thats because the peaceful protesters dont need masks.
And were back where we started
You can't even admit the obvious truth that some peaceful protesters need masks to protect their identities. You're back to where we started. As for myself and likely most others following the convo, we have progressed beyond that point.
Even notice cop cars has no hubcaps... Interesting
There is no argument
The law has already been argued in front of the appellate court.
Your side lost. It doesnt infringe on anyones rights.
Thats my point
Wheres the line. You think masks shouldnt bother anyone. I think they do. You say privacy is more important than safety. I think safety (ability to identify your attacker) is more important that your right to misbehave in a mask. To me if its important enough to protest then it shouldnt have to hide. Id argue the mask degrades the point youre trying to make. Some think nudity shouldnt bother anyone I think it does. So who gets to decide?
Lawmakers. Thats why we elected them
Id be ok with allowing mask with a 25yr addition to the sentence of anyone committing a crime while masked.
Thats my point

A suspected California serial killer who committed at least 12 homicides and 45 rapes throughout the state in the 1970s and '80s was identified Wednesday as a former police officer, an official said.
A law enforcement official identified Joseph James DeAngelo, 72, who was fired from the Auburn Police Department, as the Golden State Killer.

A chaotic scene took place in Indiana on Wednesday morning when bags of cash flew out the back of a Brinks truck on Interstate 70.
People in the area rushed to the scene to stuff their pockets with cash, Fox 59 reported, citing police.
Indiana State Police Cpl. Brock McCooe likened the scene to a movie, where you have bills, loose bills, flying all over the interstate, vehicles stopping, people getting out of their cars.
Indiana State Police estimated that up to $600,000 had fallen out of the truck. The Brinks drivers said they do not know if the back door had opened from a malfunction or human error.
Police said some people have called in, willing to return money they grabbed, but the amount has not matched the amount that is missing.
McCooe said police are asking that anyone who took the money from the scene to return it. For anyone who does so, McCooe said, theres amnesty, theres no real questions asked.
He was caught due to a book that was written by comedian Patton Oswalts recently deceased wife. She put the pieces of the puzzle together.
He also left the police force after getting arrested for stealing a hammer and dog repellent. Someone should have investigated him when that occurred.
