Tums loves bleeding the taxpayer if it means somebody is getting punished over bull****. Bleed the taxpayer for handouts and all of a sudden it's bad government. How stupid can a person be? He sets the bar pretty high but Tim is right there on his tail. At least Tim has a vested interest as an excuse

I don’t care when people get what they ask for. I’m paying for these people to live either way, so I just assume they stay out of my sight and bunk up in the concrete Hilton. They’re like you, not worth anything and never will be.

If you don't like arrests of people for possession of small amounts of marijuana, change the laws. Don't blame the people whose job it is to enforce them, whether they agree with them or not.

Hell yeah I do. I would hope that modern day police would not enforce Jim Crow laws because they were also immoral. Obviously the public school system has failed miserably at teaching natural rights (the foundation of the Constitution), but either you own your body or the govt does. If it is the former, then laws against intoxicating substances are immoral. If it's the latter, we are subject to the whims of our sociopathic politicians.

I like weed..... but if it's a law.... it's a law... cops can't pick and choose what's legal and what's not.... do they have some discretion?..... sure they do.

They pick and choose on a daily basis. If cops in TN wrote tickets for every person not wearing a seat belt, or exceeding the speed limit by 3 mph the line at the courthouse would be stretch for miles.
