To Protect and to Serve II

"You're not going to jail or anything..."

Then why are you cops handcuffing her?

To be honest if they just made a point to do this in the first place and sort things out Shaver would still be alive.

Of course, he protects his own. This was not an act of self defense. It was clearly an act of murder. No civilian would've got away with this.

"I told him if he did x, I'd kill him" isn't a valid defense.

I hear the cops personal information was leaked to the internet. Such a shame.....

When the courts fail, vigilantes have a place in the justice system

Made me think of a Frank Castle quote:

"In certain extreme situations the law is inadequate. In order to shame its inadequacy, it is necessary to act outside the law. To pursue... natural justice. This is not vengeance. Revenge is not a valid motive, it's an emotional response. No, not vengeance. Punishment."

Video Surfaces Showing Killer Cop Beating Up Teens Months Before He Murdered Daniel Shaver

Military police State at work. If this would have properly been dealt with the ******* probably wouldn't have murdered a man and got away with it thanks to police State worship by our fellow citizens.

Disgusting.
Only what I've been saying for a long time now...

The incident in the video below serves to illustrate the violent nature of the Mesa PD, which chose to escalate rather than de-escalate a situation—arguably one that could have been easily defused.

I'm not surprised. Most of these cops who wind up needlessly killing people have a history that should have set alarms with the departments they work for and were either met with a slap on the wrist or simply ignored.

The cops shoot the dog, then have the owner cut the dog's head off (to test for rabies???).

If I put the over/under on the cop talking at the end's IQ at 85, what you got?

I know I'd put a paycheck on the under.

Also, regarding the incident, I'd make them take me to jail. I'm fairly certain the dingleberry in the bow tie was bluffing and I'd call him on it. The guy has him on video essentially saying (I'm paraphrasing) he didn't know what to charge him with but he'd figure something out when he got to the station.

Just curious, but if I'm a mailman, meter reader, HVAC repairman or visitor came on my property and my dog runs up on them, can they shoot my dog and suffer the same consequences as a cop?
