The jurors saw the video.
Graphic video shows Daniel Shaver sobbing and begging officer for his life before 2016 shooting - The Washington Post
Yet again on this forum, we have a contingent just out of their minds about a trial result, or even just a case, knowing just a sliver of the facts.
You didn't hear the officer testify so you had no chance to judge his credibility. You heard nothing of the forensics or toxicology. The jury deliberated two days on this.
You also jumped to conclusions in Ferguson. Or with Trayvon Martin.
You know nothing other than what you've read and heard biased commentators say about the trial in San Fran.
Two of those didn't go your way and you think you know better from piecemeal info and scream about the jurors and the system.
Two did go your way and You applaud the jurors or other decision-makers for seeing through the smoke and doing the right thing.
Quit judging cases on 1 out of 20 facts.

I saw that yesterday and wish I wouldn't have. The cop had that poor guy scared s***less and was giving confusing commands..... hands straight up and crawl to me....I wish the dude wouldn't have put his hand back by his waist.... that was horrible.

Bad situation for both. They could have handled it better. I don't blame the shooter. His ranking officer clearly said we will shoot you if you do that again. And he did it again.
I also went to school with him and he was always a good kid.
I watched the video and I can't get it out of my head. He had You're F**ked engraved on his rifle. You could also tell he was getting off on it from the way he talked. He should have never been a cop. In was on a power trip.
Cops are going to cop. No surprise there.
My strongest outrage is reserved for that jury...
Lets see a police officer comment on the Shaver shooting video...

"You're not going to jail or anything..."
Then why are you cops handcuffing her?
