The thing that blows my mind is they did this to an attorney who was recording them. What do they do to the broke guy with an IQ of 80 when nobody's watching?

Here is the good part....Wilmington PD chief said they are investigating the incident and invited citizens to please record the police. I can't believe people think they can get away with this kind of stupidity, but I guess they have in the past.

He most likely does deserve jail. This is another example of why you don't put your hands on a stranger unless it's 100% absolutely necessary. The victim didn't deserve to die, but when you put hands on someone you never know what's coming next. If it wasn't a gun it may have been a throat punch .... even an old codger can still be an effective striker

Or, ya know, that his "evidence" regarding Michael Brown is completely false and misinformed.

The guy is garnering attention to himself for the overall benefit of his documentary. No publicity is bad publicity, I suppose.

The most damning evidence was where he picked up the Taser and placed it next to the body. Based on that alone, the defense had no defense when they keep saying "well, the perpetrator got control of and tried to use the Taser on the officer."

Freaking night school educated rookie lawyer could blow that out of the water with a single question.

"Why did you do that?"

And guilty.

Yep, not to mention clear cut forensics of multiple gunshots to the back from a distance.

That isn't a clear cut case of guilty though even though it looks bad from a forensic standpoint. It could be explained away, however, the video showing exactly what happened is the nail in the coffin.

He did what he had to do to get his points in before the lady could distort the message. Fact is that the media and the police used the video from the following morning to paint a picture that leads the viewers to believe that Mike Brown just walked up and snatched some cigarillos for no damn reason. Now we know that there is a back story.

It also makes you question the original narrative of the shooting. I mean, if they would lie about the incident in the store before he was shot, what makes you think they couldn't have lied/distorted the narrative behind his encounter with Darren Wilson?

Tough to say. The first video raises doubts about the original story of him just walking in and taking something that didn't belong to him.

There is really only one of two answers. Either he stole them or he took something that rightfully belonged to him.

His points don't resonate when he shouts over the questions and rebuttal before it's even finished. He wasn't interested in debate. He was only interested in acting like an asshat, which he did. I have no respect for him or his message when he chooses that delivery.
