"**** the police?" really? Do you not understand what these criminals are doing to people and the need for them to be arrested? These are transient druggies who prey on elderly people and others by taking thousands of dollars and either saying they are doing house work, roofing, etc. and then leaving them without doing any work... You dont believe these people need to be arrested?? It is a crime that happens daily and causes a lot of issues for the victims

Arrest the fraudsters that are stealing from people and leave everybody else alone. Licensure is ********. It's supposed to be a free country, not a police state. It's not that complicated.

Did you come up with a link to your made up laws yet?

again, you should really pick and choose your stories of "police misconduct" better. The officer found a subject in the act of a felony and saw a weapon, this is 100% on the criminal, NOT the officer...this is why when you try to mix these stories in with REAL police misconduct, the majority of the public rolls their eyes

If the kid were fleeing your property, what happens if you shoot him in the back. Why is a trained officer held to a lower standard than you?

All of them ARE stealing from people, i agree about the licensure part, but these people are fleecing people and stealing their money, then leaving the state for months at a time. It's not as simple as you are trying to make it

7-63-104 - Arrest when offender refuses to sign agreement to appear.
7-63-104. Arrest when offender refuses to sign agreement to appear.

In the event the offender refuses to sign the agreement to appear in court and to waive the issuance and service upon the offender of a warrant, then it shall be the duty of the officer, in whose presence the offense is committed, forthwith to place the offender under arrest and take the offender before the proper authority, procure a warrant, serve the warrant upon the offender and book the offender as in other cases of violations. The authority issuing the warrant shall take bail from the accused for appearance in court for trial, or in lieu of bail, commit the offender to jail.

All of them were transient druggies bent on robbing people? What are the odds? Why didn’t they fleece the cops?

the kid was committing a felony by directly burglarizing a truck - Check
the kid had a fake gun that appeared to be a real weapon because he was committing crimes - Check
the officer told the kid to put his hands up and saw the gun - check
the kid ran away with the weapon and got shot - check

The problem is that you really need to educate yourself on law and why police procedures are the way they are.

No one does a police sting for any reason without several directed citizen complaints and/or issues arising from the problem

You cannot shoot and wound an armed, fleeing, adult burglar in the back. You will go to jail. Why can a police officer shoot and kill what appears to be an armed, fleeing, teenage burglar in the back? Why are trained cops held to a lower standard?

The law is overcomplicated and enables the police state. Nobody really needs to educate themselves on the different ******** that goes on in each of the 50 states. WTF are you talking about? I asked you for backup several times and showed you several states where it wasn't so, then you finally showed in one place where you were right and then you act like a know-it-all.

That isn't true, you can use objective and reasonable force against an armed suspect who presents an immediate danger to themselves and others. Whether i am an officer or not...

i sent you the TN law showing that you were ignorant about the law concerning not signing citations, what else do you want to see? I suggest actually taking a law class or attending a citizen's police academy to see what it's actually like, not just what you think or wish it was like

Not really seeing anything wrong the cops did there.

They investigate a homicide, find out that the victim's car was stollen, locate the stolen vehicle, and whoever was driving shot and injured two detectives.

Latest reports I've seen is that the shooter is in custody, and both detectives are still in the hospital but expected to survive.

Can't really fault the cops for going after a person that already killed and robbed at least one person.

Given that a cop near Birmingham Alabama and a Florida Trooper where gunned down yesterday in separate incidents, I'm guessing the department in Maryland is happy that their ODMP page isn't getting updated.
