To Protect and to Serve II

Can't wait to see the video you post of you throwing a bottle or concrete at a cop in your locale.

Might want to get Ras to post it for you, just in case you're not able to.

Yeah i remember that. The dude literally just walked out onto his front porch and was shot.
Its these type of instances where I have a hard time putting all the blame on the police. They are going off info that has been relayed to them by dispatch. If that info is incorrect, they have no idea. Not sure how to correct that. From the cops standpoint if you hesitate then you are dead.

One cop fired the gun, but the porch was surrounded by other cops, at night, with flashlights shining in his face.

Imagine the confusion that man experienced before his death.

But yes, there really is no way to correct this sort of thing. It's a terrible trend that needs to stop.

Agreed. There are many contributing factors, and yes...LEO's are one of them...but it has almost devolved into an "Us -vs- Them" mentality. Mind you, this coming from an LEO where we are largely appereciated by those we serve where I work. But we also train those who serve in places like LA, Detroit, Baltimore, NYC, and others where cops are not respected, but are seen as the enemy. Really glad I don't work there.

Most cops are good and honest. Some are not. There's no way to change that. I'll do my best to not lay this argument on political lines, but it comes down to this, IMO...in those places/cities where "Democratic policies" and politics have long held sway, crime is out of control, and the cops are not respected. And gun-related deaths and crimes are skyrocketing.

The raw numbers support this position. There's a stat out there...that while the US is near the top in gun-related homicides...if you take out the Top 5 US cities on that list...all of which are long-time Democrat strongholds and have very stringent anti-gun laws...we drop to something like 3rd from the bottom. Not my numbers, just the raw numbers.

Do we have a gun problem? Yes. Is outlawing, or eliminating guns the answer? Ask those 5 cities.

If the results of places who have done so, such as Chicago, NYC, Detroit, D.C., St. Louis, and Baltimore (for example) are to be examined against those same numbers, then the answer is apparent. Laws only guide those who choose to obey them. Just like door locks only keep out honest people, more stringent gun laws only affect those who choose to obey them.

The far-left Dems...aka the Alinsky crowd...love where this is going. It feeds, and serves, their agenda. They want a class war.

God help us all if they get it.

FBI: Man Threatening Massacre Had 10,000 Rounds of Ammo

Days after mass shootings in El Paso and Dayton rocked the nation, FBI agents raided the home of an Ohio man who allegedly threatened to commit his own massacre. Inside, they found more than a dozen rifles and 10,000 rounds of ammunition, the FBI said.

Justin Olsen, 18, was arrested Monday for allegedly threatening to assault a federal law enforcement officer. He’s accused of making the threats on a meme website where he also allegedly discussed shooting Planned Parenthood locations, citing multiple mass murders involving far-right extremists.

Olsen allegedly made the threats on iFunny, a meme-sharing site where he used the name “ArmyOfChrist” and a picture of a medieval crusader as his avatar. (The crusades are a popular theme in some far-right Christian circles.) His account had more than 5,000 followers as of Tuesday morning before it was suspended.
An FBI office in Anchorage, Alaska flagged the posts, and the bureau continued to monitor them as they grew more specific, FBI spokesperson Vicki Anderson said.

Did it work in el paso? Ohio? Planned Parenthood? Stroneman Douglas? ...................?

You have a FU definition of "works".

The main thing to take from this is that the FBI is watching people that post FU sh!t.

You’re an idiot if you think gun control will make you any safer than you are now.
The system worked perfectly.
If you have a problem with the number of deaths you should start somewhere else like auto safety or medical mistakes.
Gun deaths are an insignificant problem by comparison.

Your little tantrum of feelings doesn’t make a difference at all.

It WORKED this time but to say what we have "works" is ridiculous. You're just a step above Q ridiculousness.
I mean, what would you suggest?

According to areas with strict gun laws, crime is out of control.

Also why the focus on guns when then rate way down the list of causes of death...I mean way down the list.
