I blame the new director of in-state recruiting.

He's going to be a tight end. He was a much more fluid mover last year so he doesn't have to stick at outside linebacker. Freak athlete at 6'5 but doesn't really make sense for Tennessee, a team that does not sub on offense. Newman is a pure chess piece receiving only tight end. He will be attractive to a lot of programs, but I question the fit. Not to say he isn't talented as I think he's great. Similar to Brame
