That's a reasonable prediction. It would be hard for anyone to get mad at that class given how we've supplemented through the portal the past few cycles.I think we definitely land Keys, Hiter is a coin flip. gray is 40/60 but I think now we come back with more $$$ after Blair and make it very interesting. We flip one of the DE we want and land a few solid depth pieces (Brody Smith etc)
He may be referring to Tom Loy’s comments in RC’s article today about the pending commitment. Loy was still thinking TN, but basically said SCjr felt really good as well. Loy then said that one of the two schools had been misled or lied to, sounds like he may have told both staffs he was coming.
Yeah but most mistakes don’t land you in Columbia, SC.
First, it isnt a poor state. It has poor people in it. Columbia is hell, Spartanburg is hell.Absolute.craphole.
I have built an apartment complex and a 200 unit old folks home there. Both in summertime...when the only thing separating Columbia from Hell is a screendoor. Its a run down, miserable excuse for a capitol in a poor state. Wouldnt move there for double my salary.
Make or break simply because he's the only RB we're actively recruiting. There is no fallback option currently.having a legit 5* rb would absolutely be a major accomplishment for our staff. You’ve all seen what we have done with 3 stars (they get drafted) imagine what we could do with Hiter
That said, not make or break. We have our make or break committed: the number 1 player and QB in the entire class
Everything else is cherries on top

The real key to the class is filling your needs. We've not filled all of our needs. RB, WR, IOL, and to some degree DL all remain needs.
To me this whole situation with not recruiting any other RB is like Tennessee telling Hiter, "Look, we are all in on you. Whatever it takes we'll do it." Which always made me feel decent about our chances. I don't know what Michigan's RB board looks like but this always struck me regardless.Make or break simply because he's the only RB we're actively recruiting. There is no fallback option currently.

Don't get me wrong, I would love another, especially if it's Gray; but, how is IOL a need?Make or break simply because he's the only RB we're actively recruiting. There is no fallback option currently.

Moe will be in the NFL next yearDon't get me wrong, I would love another, especially if it's Gray; but, how is IOL a need?
Wendell Moe (R-Jr)
Sam Pendleton (R-So)
Sham Umarov (R-So)
Max Anderson (R-Fr)
Gage Ginther (R-Fr)
William Satterwhite (R-Fr)
Antoni Ogumoro (Fr)
Nic Moore (Fr)
Been talk of Bennett Warren (R-Fr) getting reps on the inside; Jesse Perry (R-Fr) can maybe move inside some say.
3 interior positions. 8 players, possibly 10.
Tons of youth, so I don't understand "need" for this class, with Baker already committed?
