'19 TN DT Tymon Mitchell

Folks better get ready because Trey Knox is probably going out of state as well, especially if the staff thinks they have a good shot with Curry or Puckett.
We haven’t really pushed for Trey Knox either.

The one negative thing I'm hearing is that the competition he plays against might not be that good, but apparently the UGA staff liked what they saw when he camped.

I'd say his 5.89 40 and 5.02 short shuttle at the opening Nashville camp could be considered negatives. Speed and quickness aren't paramount for an interior DL, but the really good ones are usually quicker than that. But UGA can't be too picky for big DL right now, we need at least one more big body in this 2019 class and the options are getting fewer.

Instate is not very good this year. Only a few guys that we were really after...

Tennessee has the highest recruiting budget in CFB. Always has.

My impression is that historically TN has one or two good big bodies in State, not enough to build a team around. We have plenty of above average athletes. Perhaps you are correct? Perhaps im wrong? Maybe we're all right? Pruitt's staff is better and more experienced than 'the greatest staff ever assembled'. They know how to win at a Championship level. Yes its wishful thinking but some experienc following recruiting there too.

Listen i have experince following recruiting. that's it. My pt is there mat be a correlation between that big time budget, and frequent flyer miles and winning. we arent here to build walls.

Y’all will make excuses for anything. We have flat out failed in state this cycle so far.
Get tf outta here... go back to the ff or around the ncaa thread. Hate people that come over here to spew sh!t with little to no valid information.

Lol y’all are so mad that Pruitt has failed in state for GOOD PLAYERS. And for those of you who say in state talent isn’t good how about Josh Malone, Jalen Hurd, Trey Smith, Derek Barnett, Daniel Bituli...

It would be fine if these players were committed to teams like nc state Louisville Missouri but they have mostly committed to better teams than us

I totally agree, I think this hurt us moving from with other in state 2020 and 2021 recruits moving forward.

Apparently mashed instant tatervol hasnt heard about the rivals bump given to lots of these midstate kids. They only ones for sure this staff wants are Norton and Hampton. Possibly Logue and Patterson

And I understand Pruitt hasn’t pushed for all of these players but that is a mistake imo.

You have no idea what in the hell you’re talking about.

I put Mitchell in the same class as his classmate (Wilhoite). Over rated! I have seen both of them in person several times and neither dominated against lesser competition. That stands out.

Need to use some logic. Just because Derek Barnett and Trey Smith were good doesn’t mean Woodi Washington and Lance Wilhoite are just as good. Literally, one has nothing to do with the other.

And we have none of them.

Tatervol comes in, takes a dump in this thread, and gets the natives restless.

Thanks for nothing, sir. I reward you no points.
