Every once in a while I think about how CBJ was attempting to leverage his incoming recruiting class to keep his job. Most of the ones he had committed didnt pan out it seems...
Obviously he doesn't think Lawless was any good anyway, so in his opinion it is better he didn't get in and waste a 85 spot on a guy who is never going to play.
Not really my opinion. I thought Lawless had potential.
He's a crazy good athlete for his size. He played with a friend's stepson for a couple years. Hopefully we can get him in a year or two out of JUCO if he goes that route.
I think I heard last week he was going into coaching. Had given up on playing football but was in some other sport. Maybe John Wilkerson mentioned it. Or maybe not.

There was a 247 article recently that I think just summarized the interview that someone else mentioned. Says he's doing really good. Coaching middle school I think.
sucks. Good news, IMO, is we can likely get him placed in a good JUCO and hopefully this time next year, or the year after, we bring him back home IE Gooden.
