TN Commit David Oku

I really think that there is a good chance we get this kid still...Call me the one drinkin the orange kool aid but I see him donning the T on the helmet next year in KnoxVegas!

We're listed as High interest but I don't know. The logical choice is UT over Syracuse(sucks) and Auburn(already have 1000000000 RB's)

i'd rather have BB too..
but if we can get oku now, i'll take him..

because its gonna be hard for us to pull BB

All Double B wants to be is star after 2 years. He will leave any college ge enters his sophmore year anyways.
Oku will be the better choice if he gets his mind together.

I know. AC Slater almost went there.

Keyword being almost. A.C. was a promising young wrestler that decided friendship was more important that his wrestling career, which is why he landed at Cal State with Zach and the Gang. It's also where his RA (which are usually young students) was Mike Golic's brother...I never really understood that. Later, A.C. and the Gang started a band called Zack Attack which toured the nation with their hit single "Friends Forever" but one can't help but wonder what could've been if A.C. would've went to Iowa.

There's a connection between Oku and Brown. Both are in the potential players organization or whatever the hell it's called by Butler. I think we get one of them, but after this i don't think we go to Kansas anymore.

I'll take 3 years of a great RB that can be a starter over 4 years from a guy that can't handle the work load and only gets a few carries per game. If Brown can leave after 3 years, that's fantastic. It means he performed like a star. I think Kiffin's style is to load up on those types of players. Instead of getting mediocre players that contribute as juniors and seniors we're getting studs that will help for three years and then head to the league. Such is life at USC. Hopefully so shall it be at UT.

As a Vol fan and a Miami fan, I hope he picks one of the two. I hate what he is doing though. Just wanting to be in the spotlight. But if this kid comes to UT he will start. Best back rated by most in the last 5 years. He will be a hiesman canidate in his softmore year if he gets his mind right. This guy is just nasty.

Thats what I meant. After his sophmore year. Are you law enforcement also my friend ?

The player has to be out of HS for 3 years before he can enter the draft... so he would have to finish his junior year (if he does not redshirt) before he could leave.

i have a good feeling. i think we will get brown.
me too! I think we have more to offer than the other orangemen and Auburn signed 4 running backs so we should be ok, sorry thought we were talkin about Oku, but i think we can get Brown too since we got a visit
