TN Commit David Oku

question... i havnt posted much at all but i have been coming here and readin for a long time. Why does everyone get pissed when someone starts a thread thats already been started. Especially when the news is new over an old topic. Is there a limited number of threads the server can handle... and if so wouldnt there be enough irrelevant old stuff to make room. I personally like new threads when its new news becuase i can just look at the home page and dont have to search the old threads for new news.

Ok, maybe im missing something here. He is a soft verbal one day (which by the way doesn't mean...) Then he decommits.....Now he is a Vol? Go figure.

I wonder if he has this much trouble shopping for clothes?

do i look fat in orange?

:)

By his ACT score it also appears he has a difficult time selecting A,B,C,and D as well...

Speaking for myself only, I think it clutters up the board and makes it harder to navigate.

Also, when someone does this, I suspect he or she was too lazy to spend a minute looking before starting a whole new thread. It's not just that there are other threads on the same subject- often an answer to a question posed in the new thread has already been posted in an older thread.

Being a horse and playing for sub-par schools is not a very good idea. Say a player goes to TCU has four 1k yard seasons, he gets to manage the local Walgreens for 40-50 years. How many have come to UT and done the same, haha you see my point. Our boys got play for millions on Sunday. You know what your getting when a boy runs for 1k+ on our schedule.

I just saw this post and had to reply, I haven't read the rest of the thread yet, so if this has been mentioned sorry. But umm.... didn't LT go to TCU as a their "horse" in a sub-par school. Last time I checked he'd done pretty well for himself. :hi:

Nevermind, I should have read a couple of more posts. Sorry!

Because it gets really old when people start 30 new threads every minute and 10 of them are about the same thing. Then you have to sift through a mile long thread of junk. If there is a little bit of info about a recruit, why is it so hard to post it in that player's designated thread? Someone would have answered this question immediately in the David Oku thread.
I'm not mad, it just gets annoying. Plus they get merged eventually anyways.

Guess it depends on the situation. I have seen people jump on others for posting new information that comes out though. Who wants to search every old thread everday to see if any new info came about on that subject. That is when I think it is perfectly acceptable, if not preferable, to start a new thread.

There is a new thread stating bryce brown is coming on an official visit! Feb 13 They didn't have a source.

What kind of timeline you seeing Sab?

I don't know. It depends on what he's told the coaches. I think there is more work to be done and with the banquets today that likely delays things a bit. I would say that some time this week Oku will be a Vol.

You can all go jump off a bridge. I looked for the Oku thread I just couldn't find it. Even though it was right in front of my face. You idiots making a big deal of my post instead of providing facts or opinions are even worse than duplicate threads. Jacks
