You do understand that we also don’t play 10 WR? I mean we rarely play a 2 deep with WR unless we are winning badly and so we give some time at that point. But this offense likes having consistency as far as who plays, so I’m not worried at all about the amount of WR and truthfully some would have more yards if Nico could read a damn defense!Nope, still aging like fine wine lol
We hav 7 scholarship wr’s this year, 4 who have never taken a collegiate snap, and only 444 total receiving yards
We lose one (Brazzell) after the ‘25 season and currently only have 2 committed for ‘26. Depth still is bad, and unless we pull keys and another wr, albeit from hs or portal, our depth is bad.
You want to fill a 2 deep bare minimum with players, especially at wr where we seem to be injury prone
Not having a 2 deep rotation at WR, or at the very least a 5 man rotation, is why we’re going into year 5 with essentially zero returning production in that room. That has to change and it has to change this yearYou do understand that we also don’t play 10 WR? Umm, yeah that’s been so terrible for us for the years in which we have done this exact same thing! I mean with that rotation that we do play there is just NO WAY we can win many games lolNot having a 2 deep rotation at WR, or at the very least a 5 man rotation, is why we’re going into year 5 with essentially zero returning production in that room. Him postponing it makes me think he would’ve picked Vandy in a couple days. Glad he’s come to his senses, and glad we’re willing to let him play safety. Would fulfill my dream of us having a 6’4 stud roaming on the last line of the defense.Picking Vandy over UT for football is insanity. Unless you think being the only good player on your team and losing half your games is fun. Smdh

-WiltfongTennessee and Vanderbilt make up the top two for The Webb School (Tenn.) athlete Joel Wyatt. My prediction remains on the Vols as Wyatt continues to work through things regarding his process.
Are we comparing Brazzell/Matthews/Staley to Tate/Smith/Egbuka lmao
Yes I understand the catch total, but it’s going to be that way when you have 3 of maybe what the best 15 receivers in the country. That was my pointUh no.
We’re comparing how many WRs caught
passes for these teams.
Thought that was clear by stating how many catches WRs had?
I picked the best team in the country to compare Vols.
But if you’d rather I compare to a team that finished near Vols (#9) in rankings then Ole Miss (#11) had 4 WRs with 10+ catches, 4 WRs with 20+ catches, and their top 3 pass catching WRs accounted for 56% of their receptions.
You literally take shots at people all the time. Why can't he?@HoleInTheRoof can’t help himself. He has to take little childish pot shots at AP any chance he gets. How pathetic.
