I'll get my wife's laptop and get those pics to you this evening!

I appreciate it. I think I could talk the wife into letting me build it as a guest house/rental property. I just don't think I could get her to live in it. But it would be a nice project for me and the old man next summer.

You can't go wrong with it, there's a certain sense of accomplishment when it's all done! You'll look at it and be able to say "hey I did that"!!! And then you can tell your neighbor to suck your left ****.

Lol in all honesty building 500-600 square foot guest home on our property that we could live in while we pay off our land, and possibly rent later.

I think it would be awesome. Plus I like the idea of building it myself.

You need to check your Deed and Zoning restrictions before getting too involved in this project.

It's not part of a subdivision and I plan on building on the frame of an 8x16 trailer. So it's technically a non permanent structure.

Okay. I've seen many people get screwed by deed restrictions and zoning requirements. Note that zoning generally covers the entire City/County and is not restricted to subdivisions.

The thing I'm most proudest about my Mancave, the flooring is old barn wood from a barn built in 1864 in Knoxville! The Wayne's coat is walnut btw..
