Another option would be purchase a storage barn then you could finish it the way you want to. A 10' x 20' or 12' x 20 ' would work nicely.

It's way cheaper to build one yourself. But if you have money to blow, that is another option.

There is a couple of places that make them in Hawkins County that are less than half the price of Lowes or Home Depot. I have bought a couple of them, prices aren't bad.
Yes it is cheaper to build your own, if someone is not skilled in building, a storage barn would be a good option, IMO.
