Tebow is a good guy. I respect what he stands for and how he conducts himself. He's a good role model for kids. Do I want him on my team? Sure. He motivates people and is generally (probably) a great team mate. Do I want him as the starting QB for my team? Heck no. He's an average (at best) QB. I do think he can improve, but he won't be an elite QB in the NFL. He just doesn't have the skill set. Move him to H-back and he's a hall of fame player.
