If the state the baby lives in has a lifetime license by it early it its life. Most go up as they get older. Consider it a hedge fund, if they dont like fishing and hunting you are out a little bit of money. However if they enjoy it, they can save 1000's over their lifetime in savings

a lot of it is pre-op stuff. I had to be there super early for any "major" procedure I've had even if it were in the afternoon.
