I don't post too often or start new threads to avoid you all's wrath
. But I have some questions I would like to throw out.
First off, we all know Bray is going to be our quarterback for the near future. With that said, was it a wise decision to burn Worley's redshirt on a season in which we are 3-4 with our top wideout injured as well. I understand the experience will help but with Bray being our man, wouldn't the extra year he would have gained from the redshirt have been more beneficial? Anyways, I am excited to see what Worley has to offer but with the season going the way it is, I would like to know how the nation feels about the call to burn his redshirt.
My other question involves Teague. Teague did quite well at wide receiver under he who shall not be named
. He has been a complete utter disappointment at CB. We have Lanier, Coleman, Moore, Evans, Gordon, and P Wag. Gordon can definitely hold that spot down and I have high hopes for Coleman as well. Not to mention, Dooley moved Anderson from the secondary to wide receiver. Why not keep Anderson where he was supposed to be and keep Teague where he was supposed to be? With Zach Rogers bringing nothing to the table at all, why in the world will Dooley not just go ahead and switch Teague back to WR so he can have an impact on this team. Teague is a spectacular athlete he just isn't a cornerback. To me it is a shame that we can't find a way to get him on the field in a position where he can contribute.
I apologize if both these subjects have already been talked about in length, if so I must have missed the threads. I am excited about our future and the direction the coaches have this team going. But the above questions baffle me, and any insights would be welcome. GO VOLS!!!!
