This is positive stuff

Assuming you have had a job and more than one... did you always leave because you couldn't hack it? Did you never leave because you didn't like the direction of the company as it related to you? Did you ever leave because the boss who you thought was great turned out to be someone you couldn't work with?

Good grief! This isn't HARD to understand.

There are times when "good" people can't work with other "good" people.

People leave because they are smart enough to see they will not play and some just want to play. Some may not like the direction when that direction does not have them in the role in which they wish to be. In football it is usually due to being homesick or playing time. It isn't really complicated. There is also a competition level that many are not used to experiencing. That occurs in the workplace as well since you brought it up. Competition moving up the ladder increases and when people don't get the promotion or job they leave as well.
