I agree it was a 5 year rebuild. But that was predicated on year to year improvement. This season is effectively already over, in week two.

I don't see this recruiting class holding together with weekly losses. Are there any games you can circle and identify as wins remaining on our schedule?

I'm afraid tonight just killed the program for another 10 years.

It hurts like hell but I agree with you. That Gray and To'To'too (Sp?) were balling out. Hopefully his QB recruit Maurer is some good too. Sadly, I think it's time to bench JG.. and give the freshman QBs a chance.. Pruitt can recruit and you can tell the athleticism with the ones he has gotten. I dunno how many more classes he will need to start winning with his system but I hope it's hella soon.

Our QB can’t play. That’s true, but the length of the rebuild remains the same. We better see a freshman play sometime at or after UF.

It depends on your expectations. Nobody expected to win a national title this year but we did expect improvement. We’re 0-2 and there’s no way in hell we should be. We have a veteran qb that is absolutely fkn horrendous and is probably the main reason we lost both games. Yes the D sucks and Ansley must do asap.

We don’t need 5 years, we need an x n o’s coach. We need to quit looking at the top programs coordinators for coaches and need to go find a coach that is getting a crap roster to compete.
Recruiting is going to tank and there’s nothing we can do about that. We just need a coach that will get the most out of what he has. Instead we hired a coordinator that is used to having more talent in his second string than the other team has starting.
I also have a feeling the locker room isn’t about him because he’s trying to push the “bama way” and Tennessee players aren’t about the bama crap.

If the team played that motivated last week they would have won easy. This week they ran the ball great. Defense was up to the task but had two major busts. Giving up 16 points should win you a lot of games, Unless your QB sucks donkey balls.

I understand fans wanting pruitt gone as well, my only fault on pruitt right now is keeping JG in the game, tonight they rode him to the loss. Yeah the confusion on defense cost us the game but never should've been in that predicament in the first place. If we'd had a qb we win that game going away

Pruitt is over his head and overpaid as well. There's a man currently coaching Stanford that may consider this university and not just use us as leverage for a raise. Shaw is a heck of a coach and with his offense here, the team would excel and improve.
