I'm mad at this dude at work. I have no issues taking crap for being the guy with the the least experience at the job I do. I've been doing this particular job 5 years now, and him 30+. One of the hardest things to fix (and it is aggravating), takes me a good hour and a half. That's me stopping to occasionally check another machine. He's not done one of these since our shift change (first time we've worked together), but had to do two in the past two weeks. He tapped at me, "it shouldn't take 45 minutes, if it took me longer than that I'd go write myself up!) you know how long it took him?! 5 1/2 hours the first time, and 5 last night, and wasn't finished when we left! I didn't say nothing the first one, but I asked him this morning why he wasn't done. He started making excuses, and I just replied, "yeah, but 45 minutes!" Moral of the story: if you're gonna criticize someone about their performance, you best be able to out perform them!
