do you ever eat Corky's? We order their ribs via there website and find them to be pretty good.

Barbecue joints around Knoxville, to us, just aren't that good. We have only ever found one barbecue joint that we truly love and it is about 400 mile east of us in Goldsboro, NC.

There's a relatively new place here in town called One and Only Barbecue that is better than Corky's by a pretty good margin. Of course I've always liked the Rendezvous ribs. I have only had One and Only's shoulder, pulled or chopped.

Here in Memphis I've never seen hushpuppies at a barbecue place. Of course it's standard at fish places.
