Things I'm mad about today

CVS new and improved automated phone menu. It told me my prescription was not eligible for refill because it was picked up on January 19. Here are your prescriptions eligible for refill.
And then they list the one I just tried to refill.
Hate to sound like Mikey but CVS sucks. I hate tgem and Walgreens.

"Oh, hey special olympics cheer parents, we are expected to cheer at the state tournament in Louisville 2nd weekend in March. I don't have all the details yet but I need to know by first thing in the morning if you will be going so they can reserve the hotel. And if the room gets reserved and you don't show up, you will have to reimburse the room cost."

Good grief.

People who expect an immediate response to their call/email/text, yet will wait hours or days to respond to the ones they get. If they respond at all. "Oh, I didn't get your message". Yeah sure.

After calling or texting and I reach out again…
I was JUST about to call you!!!
That one irritates me.

this will make mikey maddernhail bc I aint bishin
I was surprised today with Walgreen's. I stopped using them a few years ago and switched to Ingle's ( pretty much because I hate going into the Wal-Mart or the Food City).
My A1C medication got approved by my insurance company earlier today. Unfortunately, the only options I had in terms of pharmacies around here that *could* fill it were Walgreen's and CVS.
I called Walgreen's to talk to someone in the pharmacy, and the phone navigation thing works ok as long as you talk over the recording by saying "speak with a pharmacist" (about 10 times).
Then I was transferred to the pharmacy (and the little voice said I could press * to nix the annoying background music).
Within 3-4 minutes, I talked to the pharmacist, and she told me they'd try to have the med ready tomorrow.

notice the words, try to have it ready ? - seems like pharmacy techs come and go every other week - must be a low paying or crappy job ?
