Freaking traffic 😡😡. Only in Georgia will people literally stop at a green light, I sincerely don't understand. It's not limited to a certain area, anywhere you drive it happens.

Never again will I buy a home with a HOA. A neighbor is asking the HOA Board to fine me because they believe I broke this rule by wearing a bikini top and shorts while washing my car.

Offensive and Commercial Activities. No noxious, offensive, or illegal activities shall be carried on or upon any Lot, nor shall anything be done on any Lot which is or may become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood

I don't ever want to be part of one. Our subdivision was when we first moved, but it wasn't bad. The only problem we've experienced, not us personally in a sense, was people not wanting to pay their part for the street lights. While they disbanded the HOA, there's still issues getting everyone to pay. We literally just paid, us at the front, ours 2 years ago, and the electric company cut off the other two. The people down there had the nerve to get mad, because us 5 houses didn't pay all of it🤣

There's a group of 3 older women that live near us that we don't get along with. Before we moved into the house, it was a long-term rental for us and we rented it out to a non-Caucasian family. My assumption is that's why they are upset.

They complained last year about my running attire and said it might bring murderers to the neighborhood after the Eliza Fletcher murder.

Retain a lawyer and go after the people that filled the complaints. Make the value enough that they will STFU.
