The zone workout thread

I'm not sure what shin splints are, but I'm pretty sure I got them bad doing insanity.

Insanity is literally insane.
 
Tonight for me is legs, cardio, and abs.

We have this new stairstepper thing and I plan on doing the same number of flights that are in the Empire State Building.

For abs, I'm going to do the captain's chair, a medicine ball routine, and a workout that targets lowers specifically.

This thing absolutely murders me, but it got me pretty cut awhile back. Hoping for the same results.
 
Ran for the second day in a row and woke up with my calves tight as ****.
 
teenagers at the gym last night. Teenagers are always annoying. Get the fk out of my way tool bag!
 
Did yoga this morning. After tomorrow morning's workout, I'll be halfway through P90X 2. More importantly, I get to drink tomorrow night and all day Saturday...
