I do not advise compression sleeves. Your mileage may vary, but they just make my legs hurt while I'm running.
 
You're still smoking me. I did 3.26 in 38, but the last five or six runs my calfs have tightened up in the first half mile and never loosen. By the last mile each step hurts.

I'm having the same issue. Past the shin splints tho. Gotta power through it.
 
I think you hit upon my problem in the running thread. Softball Monday, basketball Tuesday and Thursday, run Wednesday, Friday, Sunday.

To much.

2 weeks til the Fireball! I'm gonna try to run at least 3 5k's this week and one longer run, then nothing over 2 miles next week. I want a blistering time, since it's so flat!

I'm glad it's flat. I have a plan of lots and lots of water and B12 every day. I haven't had enough energy, and it's ****ing with my running.
