Yea because their 4 underage wives aren't old enough to drink.

BYU Mormons don't practice polygamy. It's only done by unrecognized factions. You probably know that, but a lot of people who make these kinds of jokes really don't know that. If you did know, carry on with the tom-foolery.

I didn't know but pretty much assumed it. I just put everybody in Utah under the same category for humor purposes.

Calm down Mitt, go back and put on your magic underpants.

Here's a good article for her to read:

Recovering from high-intensity athletics

RICE--rest, ice, compression, elevation--

Are implemented as soon as possible after acute injury or surgery to reduce inflammation, pain, and to help stop bleeding by vasodilating the blood vessels. They can also be used to keep bruising from getting worse, and heart surgeons have even begun to use a "brain freeze" technique with a nose spray that they use for heart attack patients in the ambulance to reduce the spread of brain damage. I looked further into this when my father had a stroke and bleeding on the brain. This is my next venture and I think cold will be implemented more in the future. And, you guys may recall cold being used on the Buffalo Bill that broke his neck. His surgeon put him in a hypothermic state, which prevented some injuries from worsening, and he is doing well today. The surgeon was lauded by many, but others would prefer to go by studies from 20 years ago to base their opinions.

Actually, the system I have is iceless and only goes to 43 degrees, which is even better because it leads to compliance and is safer for the skin/nerves, and patients can wear it longer.

If there is inflammation, cold reduces it, specifically if there is a little compression or vasopneumonic device that pushes out edema and swelling. I don't care what a study says.
We work with @ 70 surgeons and some of the biggest names in the SE. They wouldn't use it if it didn't reduce swelling and pain.

A business partner of mine is Mormon. He's ok. Just not as fun to play golf with, and his thought of him being in a palace in Heaven with other mormons overlooking the rest of God's children in the hood in Heaven is hilarious.

Cause he's good, or because he doesn't swear and drink beer? Mormons tend to be pretty good at golf. Maybe that's why I stray.

Nope. Had a buddy who used D-bol, he ate like ****, so he got fat when he used it.

Oral steroids are typically used to kick start injectables. If its all you take you're wasting your time. Taking it with just deca is just plain dumb. Some form of testosterone is the base of any steroid cycle. Doing deca without test will lead to serious sexual disfunction.

the Summerhays and that's about it

Johnny Miller
Mike Weir

Those are the ones I know. Don't know the Summerhays guy you mention. I don't follow golf very closely. But I'm speaking more in cultural terms than just their contribution to the PGA. Everybody plays golf in Utah.

I'm pretty sure Johnny Miller isn't Mormon. He's in a homosexual relationship with Tiger Woods. I'm pretty sure that's a double whammy in Joe Smith's church, wrong race and sex.

If interracial is frowned upon, I know a lot of Mormons that are going to hell.

Crap, I forgot what thread we are in. Anyways, I'm going to hit back hard. Dead lifts. There I said it. Now I have to do 'em.

Got back into the gym last night. SO. MANY. PEOPLE. I could barely do anything. Got time on the squat rack to do widowmakers and got time on the dumbbells to do dumbbell bench press. Then there was really nothing open so I cornered a TRX and did some work on that. Chest feels good and sore today.

My gym gets really busy, but one rule has kept me sane over the last few years:

- Don't work chest on Monday (international chest day)

It's the priority principle Arnold talks about. Everyone wants a big chest, so they work it more, and tend to do it the first day of the week (after proper rest). I do back on Monday and don't lift Tuesday. That way on Wednesday when I hit chest I'm rested and not fighting for a bench.

I never took that into consideration. So many people would get up from their bench, walk around while looking in the mirror, then do another set. I couldn't even get to the area that has kettlebells because of the sheer amount of people looking into the mirrors. No gym should have mirrors. Also, I do chest like once a month... I could care less what I bench. My goal is to get lean and have powerful, quick legs. I need to master front squats next, I think.
