I've heard ACSM is the gold standard and NCSF is great for anyone who wants to go right into training athletes

Nasm seems to be the most common, and I asked my kinesiology prof about which cert is the most job-ready, and she said ACE. I think it might be acsm requires a relevant four year degree.

These prohormones are killing my sex drive. The gains are great though. Any suggestions on how to get my sex drive back w/o discontinuing the pro-hos?

If you're taking a pro-hormone it's the same as taking a steroid & at your age & intelligence level it's pretty dumb. A pro-hormone shuts down your natural testosterone just like any steroid. You would be better off doing real test although like I said at your age it's not a good idea. Stop, go to the doctor & be honest. He might put you on real hcg & an anti-estrogen or just make you ride it out until your natural testosterone kicks back in.

Thanks. I don't think it's to the point where I have to go to the Dr. yet though. You ever get on the Bodybuilding.com forums? I started a thread on there about this and all they did was start naming a thousand different PCT's to get on. What would you suggest as the best PCT to come off of pro-hos with? I usually taper with Novedex XT but they must have banned them or something because they have been out of stock forever.

I suggested the dr because it would be the quickest way to get you back to normal & you need it now. Pro-hormones are a waste because you're gonna lose virtually all your gains. Virtually the same with any oral steroid/ph & tear your liver up in the process.

I'm taking 4 milk thistles a day for liver support. That's supposed to be pretty good stuff huh?

Yea it's a liver supplement but you still don't wanna take any harmful liver "supplements" for extended periods. Like I said oral steroids alone are pointless anyway because you retain little if any gains.

No need, unless you're breaking down your workouts to a ridiculous level. In my experience, it's pointless to do anything more than a four or five day split.

Can you give me a decent 7 day work out which includes lifting weights all of the 7 days? Not that taking off 1 day or taking a day for cardio BS.

For real: what would the best workout routine for lifting weights 7 days a week be?

right now I do - bi's one day, shoulders the next day, tri's the next, then legs and abs the next day, back the next day, chest the next, repeat repeat... may mix them up a little sometimes. But I like to actually lift weights everyday.

Then do a few pushups and pullups on your off days. I can't put together a good seven day routine because there is no such thing as a good seven day routine. Almost without exception, days off are absolutely necessary.

Also, if you're working out properly and with consistency for at least three or four months, then you should be more or less at a constant pump, even on days off.
