The Walking Dead

The last episode could have been done in 15 mins. Need to get this rolling soon so we can wait 6 months on 6 more episodes.

Looking forward to the next group they meet. If you think the gov was bad just wait. I just don't know if they will encounter them in the tombs or later in next season.

I think I liked this show better when it was all about surviving the big groups of walkers. It's turned into a different story, where the walkers are just secondary obstacles.

That was always what it was meant to be.

That's a big reason why I think this show does as well as it does. It's not just senseless zombie violence.

Anyone else noticed they stopped mowing the lawn of the prison?
LOL

I was wanting Andrea to make a silent gesture to Tyrese's group not to even step foot into Woodbury but that never happened just like her killing the gov never happened, but I figured she'd wuss out on that.

Why wouldn't you try to clear out the prison yard of zombies and shore up the broken fence? What else do they have to do all day, catch up on episodes of Honey Boo Boo betwen playing card games?

All the gov has to do now is drive another car through the interior fence and they'll surely be stuck inside all day.

The reasoning was conserving ammo. They could try to go out there with a decoy walker like Andrea had so they dont get over run and just smash their heads in one at a time.

They can mend fences and clear out Walkers, but the Gov can knock over their fence whenever he wants.

Till they resolve their Gov problem, they're better off ignoring all the irrelevant stuff and focusign on him.

I was really hoping they were waiting in the woods to help Rick and the gang. Nothing is easy in this show. Now they're going to have to move back to Rick's side from the governors. (Hopefully they don't kill off Tyrese this soon).

I think one of them suggested blocking the gate with a bus. Probably wouldn't be a bad idea.

I'd think the Gov could just drive another bread truck through the fence and bypass the gates if they did that. It's just cyclone fencing I think.

Regarding Tyrese....I wonder how they'll play it out. Maybe he'll see the Gov for who he is and choose Rick. Maybe he joins the fight against Rick. He seems like a good guy, but he's told both that his group would pull their weight if they can stay. Anc Rick booted them out in quite a spectacular fashion.

My guess....Gov tries to use him against Rick. Tyrese refuses since Rick's group did help them out even if they don't feel welcome at the prison.

Michonne and Daryl could probably clear out that yard in 30 minutes or less or your pizza is free. No ammo necessary.
:)

Probably true. Maybe it's just me, it's like having ants in your house and not spraying them or stepping on them instead you just let them roam around.

They could bury wooden pylons into the ground in certain areas to keep vehicles from easily driving through.

Technically Rick was trying to boot out the ghost of his wife and not them.

Why hasn't the issue of contamination through blood not ever been addressed? Andrea hacking away at the zombie while blood flies everywhere, would you not think that would increase your chances of getting infected? If a drop got in your mouth, eye, nose, open wound somewhere you forgot about? Michonne bathing herself in zombie blood before she made it to the prison.

Where the hell do they keep getting gas for their small fleet of cars? Are we to assume they're stealing it from abandonded cars? Did we forget that gas does go bad after a period of time?

Everyone is already infected and you don't turn unless you die.

I think what he really meant was that a bite or scratch kills you so why aren't they more cautious about splattering zombie blood getting into their mouth, eyes, open sores, etc.

I've wondered this too. I would imagine a zombie's mouth is full of toxic substances, but death within hours?

In a real life zombie apocalypse (hypothetically of course) the zombies would be the problem for the first year or so. After that other people would be your main issue.

In a real life zombie apocalypse, most zombies wouldn't make it a month. Especially in different areas. Imagine a zombie in arizona trying to not rot from the heat. A zombie on top of Colorado with all the snow/cold. A zombie in Brazil dealing with the humidity. And that's assuming wild animals don't take care of them too. Then there's the geographic spots that could be advantageous. Go to an island. Go to the middle of nowhere in the mountains/woods. Wait it out a year or two.

Not sure about Tyrese, but those two kids in his group have giant "kill me" signs on their backs

Heck no. Let's go to Atlanta where everyone's a zombie!

If an episode starts with one or both of them giving some backstory about their character consider them dead by the end.

I liked the plan of the guys rick killed in the bar during season 2. Head to a state that has a low population and a lot of open space like Nebraska.

I'm from east TN so I can't go with "wide open space." The appalachians are really low population already. I'd go to the Big South Fork on the river, canoe up or down till I found a spot or a cave with a few select people, build up a nice shelter or a cabin (or just find a cabin as there are plenty back there if you know people,) and just fish and hunt for fun for a while, making a trip back to town after a month or two just to see if things have calmed down. If not, head right the hell back.
