The Walking Dead

Talking Dead said that the producers wanted to bring Morgan back last season, but he is such a busy actor. Hopefully hes not too busy now to be in more episodes in the future

Okay, so what's up with the "clear" business?

The word "clear" has multiple meanings, as do many of the titles. Clear is Morgan's mission as well as Rick's destination. Morgan's is territorial and Rick's is psychological.

How they treated the back packer shows the cloudiness and darkness in the characters, how they are dead inside to the societal norms of world.

This episode allows you to look back and think of the history of so many people that didn't make it and the consequences waiting for people who lack that clarity. Rick knows now he needs to be clear too, but isn't clear yet. He sees the consequences with the back packer but is still dead enough inside to just take the backpack, and not even take a moment for the loss of a life.

So what's in the backpack? I have a feeling it's not irrelevant.

I think it is irrelevant. That scene was to just show how their view on the world has changed. They wouldn't help him earlier in the show because he's an outsider, and when they see him as roadkill, they showed no remorse and just saw it as an opportunity to take something extra.

MG might appreciate this:

I thought it was a little ridiculous that they needed 2 people to carry a pack-n-play out of town. Take the 1 minute, fold it up and even Carl can carry it

Sounds like a man speaking from experience. I have folded up my share.

Those PnP can be tricky to fold if you don't know what you are doing, plus they are having to dodge walking dead people. If I had never folded one before I probably would have given it a couple of tries and then just said F' it, pick it up and lets go.

I thought Morgan's monologue was some of the best writing and acting to date. By far the best episode this season. Admit it, everyone was rooting for a zombie to bust the window of the door and snatch Carl n eat him.

I don't dislike Carl like I used to since he doesn't just cause problems and disappear anymore.

But I wouldn't mind at all if the stupid hat got lost.

When Michonne went back in and he was leaning on the door you could still hear the zombies moaning. I was waiting to hear some head chopping and then silence, then see her walk out.

I've gotten a blood blister or two from unsnapping those side latches.

Overall I like and continue to watch the show every week so it obviously isn't but so bad but, seeing him act in this episode and especially during that scene made everybody else's acting look so bad. I was never impressed with the acting but I kind of stopped noticing it after a while, until they throw in someone who's actually really good. Like turning on the lights in a bar after last call.
