I guess it was supposed to be, but because I'm like that I went and watched the first episode again and they really didn't attempt to recreate the cafeteria very well.

The door is different, the writing on the door is different, and the hallway is way different.

Kind of a tad annoying they can't recreate it better than that.

I didn't go back and look but I recall thinking that the place look similiar but different at the same time. I venture a guess that the webisodes don't have a very large budget though.

Probably not; and they probably bank the majority of fans just say "HEY IT'S THE SAME HOSPITAL RICK WAS IN!", and only geeks like me start nitpicking.

The only reason I went back and looked is I thought the writing on the door was different looking.

Actually the show debuted on Halloween it's first season only. Season 2 debuted on Oct. 16 and last season was Oct. 14. So this is basically the same time they've debuted the past 3 seasons.

I think the webisode(s) are filmed in the LA area while the show has all been filmed on location in Atlanta or other parts of Georgia.

That's what I read as well; considering big budget movies can't get continuity right I don't expect a webisode with a fraction of the budget to do so; but at the same time, I still think they could have gotten it a bit closer. I mean the hallways looks nothing like it did in the pilot.
