You said it yourself, Daryl found her knife. If shes still alive, why would she just leave her weapon? The weakest person in the group is without a weapon and alone in a prison with zombies. They also found her head scarf thing. Daryl felt bad for Carol over Sophia, he didn't want to hook up with her, he felt bad for her.

Carol and T-Dog were the weakest characters in the prison. They had to go to make room for all the new people.

She didn't just leave it, she obviously stabbed a walker. I guess we will see who's theory is correct in coming weeks. Had to make room for the new people? Is there a cast limit? Lol I don't think they killed them for that reason. They kill people for shock value and because it shows nobody is safe.

Why would someone stab a walker and leaves the knife behind?

There's no limit of cast members but there's a budget. You cant just keep adding people to a show thats this expensive. Shock value? Lori was shock value(kinda). Killing the two weakest characters and not showing one of them is hardly shock value. They are thinning the heard for more characters.

That being said, killing her offscreen isn't the way they like to do things. I think she's dead but wouldn't be too surprised if she isn't.

Well she obviously didn't kill the walker, and she isn't exactly Daryl. Probably stabbed it and ran.

I doubt very seriously they sit around thinking, we gotta kill people to save on the budget. Lori going out like that was shock value. You are the one saying Carol is dead not me, so using her dying off screen isn't shock value doesn't make sense. Also I stated they kill people for shock value and to show nobody is safe. I didn't say they killed T-Dog for shock value.

You never answered what you think she is dead. There is no proof. That was a bit of a hedge btw. Questioning why I think she is alive, when you think she is dead. Then saying well I won't be surprised if she's alive. Lol

They still have major problems. That formula will last them 3 weeks tops. Never mind if it has reflux our a dairy protein allergy. Feeding that baby is going to be a constant battle.

Not to mention how incredibly disease ridden the world they live in is. They need to get that baby some immunization shots, tylenol for fevers, some infant doses of antibiotics for when it gets an ear infection.

I know all those things are trivial but that's the stupid crap I think about.

Thank you, this post made me laugh. Not poking fun, my gf gets mad cause I point out these same types of things. Says I over analyze everything. Glad I'm not alone.

Rick picked up the bullet that Carl shot Lori with as well. Apparently the zombie dragged her off then ate her.

I saw that, and it made me wonder if he actually shot her or not. Would have been an epic moment if he walked around and she was a walker, and had to put her down himself.

Before all that a baby born without a lactating woman to feed it would've just died.

And yes babies survived before modern medicine but they live in a world where you have a rotting, disease ridden corpse every 2 feet. I'm thinking the rate of infection and sickness are a little higher than normal. Also this baby is not getting the immune support it desperately needs from momma in the breast milk.

Now I realize that would make for a boring show if they spent too much time on trivial matters such as these. I was just saying these are the things I think about.

And Jerry... My wife hates it too. She gets so mad at me. "Just shut up and enjoy the damn show." I'll sit there and point out things to my 5 year old about an episode of Backyardigans just piss my wife off.
