The Walking Dead

Wow yeah that was insane. Actually quite sad. I still think it wasn't on any grounds that hasn't been done. It showed Sophie's head shot. I mean I know she was a walker and Lizzie wasn't but it was off screen.

Tonight definitely was surprising. When she shot her I was actually saddened. She was messed up in the head, but that isn't something she could help. She made herself a threat to be around and you can't have that. Didn't even see it coming is the part that was sad.

Spoiler if you haven't read the comic and plan to:

That was definitely the shows version of Ben and Billy. Exact same words. After killing billy he said "don't worry he'll come back, I didn't hurt his brains".

Except Carl kills him in the comics.

Anybody think the fire was the house Darryl and Beth set afire? Not sure how it really matters, but could give an insight into the timeline going on, with things happening simultaneously, not necessarily sequentially.

No doubt about it.

How about the smoking charred walkers? That was a sight!

Getting back to the episode….Scott Gimple and his writers did a magnificent job of setting this emotional and intense episode up. The walker on the tracks, the peaceful cottage, graves in the yard, Mike not killing the living, Lizzy not killing the dead and not able to differentiate properly, the "Of Mice and Men walk", to Carole confessing to Tyrese.

They tied up several loose end mysteries tonight.

Simply fantastic episode.
