it won't b all fat, depends on what kind of cardio. if u want to bulk fast then do the biscuit and gravy. for each body part i workout once a week. example. monday back, tue chest/tri's, wed bi's, thur shoulders, fri legs. abs every other day. everything i do, i do sets of 10, if i wanted to bulk and gain strength i'd do sets of 6-8. right now i'm content being the weight i am, just trying to stay semi lean. chest i do 6 diff exercises, tri's 5. back i do 7 or 8, shoulders 7, bi's 7, legs bout 10
