Go to the dang dr. Go to 1 physical therapy appointment. Learn the exercises and add them to your routine.

Woman up for the sake of Pete

I know. I have a high tolerance for pain, so I don't have a good gauge if something is actually out of the ordinary. I am very good at ignoring things that might be wrong. But I don't wanna have to go to PT (that's too much trouble, I don't have time for that, but I like the suggestion that I can go once and see what I need to be doing. Assuming is actually wrong. :) )

I have osteoporosis. (I told you I'm 80 yrs old.) That's why I work out and try to do everything I can to be strong. My husband has already lost one wife. I'm not gonna let him lose another one.

I have a torn rotator cuff. Was told surgery would be required. I did physical rehab instead. One visit to learn the exercises. I still do them and my shoulder is great. That tear was 8 yrs ago. No surgery!!!

I don't think what I did has to do with rotator cuff. My dad had that surgery on both shoulders. His PT was brutal!!

But, obviously I don't know what I did, if anything. I do know that it's been 4 weeks and I can't take my own clothes off. I can't swing a baseball bat. I can't do normal every day things at work. So I have to go. I guess I really am a wuss.

Just spoke with my mom. She went over today to the friend who was diagnosed with cancer. She told my mom she went to one of those emergency doctors last Saturday for pain in her ribs, she had fallen not long ago, they wanted to do scans, but she said no, didn't want the costs of it, but they said she really needed to in order to see if anything was up. They did, and 10 mins later they diagnosed her. My mom said her husband answered the door looking like he needed a hug, he's really grasped what is going on now.

Evening folks.

Read some of the conversation, Volly, get to the doctor, I dont want to have to drag you there.

I am! Gah.

Doc is bama grad. My dad said he was worried he was gonna wake up from surgery with an elephant tattoo. :eek:lol: But my dad trusts him, so I'm gonna see what he says.
