I know. I have a high tolerance for pain, so I don't have a good gauge if something is actually out of the ordinary. I am very good at ignoring things that might be wrong. But I don't wanna have to go to PT (that's too much trouble, I don't have time for that, but I like the suggestion that I can go once and see what I need to be doing. Assuming is actually wrong.
I have osteoporosis. (I told you I'm 80 yrs old.) That's why I work out and try to do everything I can to be strong. My husband has already lost one wife. I'm not gonna let him lose another one.
