Love the feeling after the run. Sense of accomplisment and feeling good that you have done something to try and better yourself.

I am sure that the UCF campus is full of good "talent".

I sweat so bad that tshirts end up rubbing my nipples raw and they bleed if I run longer distances.

Week before last when we had several days of 100 degree weather I went to start my work truck. Turned the key and heard a loud bang under the hood and then everything was dead. Got out of the truck and saw a battery cap laying next to the truck. Opened the hood and it had blown off my battery. Had to get towed to a shop for a new battery.

Did 10 min on the elliptical machine instead of the treadmill before my workout. Not as hard on my feet. I'm probably gonna try to run in the neighborhood before I come to work in the morning.

It is really tough right now. Just crossing my fingers and hoping that someone will want to buy it at the price we have it at. I would much rather sell it than rent it because I really don't want the hassell of renting it but if it's what I have to do to get out of it I will do it.

Thanks! Need something bigger. Want to stay in the same area just need something bigger. If we want anymore kids we HAVE to have something bigger.
