It always rains on Cardinal Park. Whether Science Hill (the local high school), ETSU, the Tennessee Tornado ( a local wooden bat league team) or the JC Cardinals are playing, it ALWAYS rains on Cardinal Park. Today just happened to be my first encounter with it storming this badly.
