What a crappy day... my daughter basically has to have a mini surgery on Tuesday (she has to be put under) to clear out the infection so they can do the other surgery in a couple of weeks. Agh.

You being there for the anesthetizing is a hard decision to make. While on the one hand you want to be there for them when they are getting the shot and getting ready to be wheeled to the OR, on the other hand it's sorta tough when you get the "why are you letting them do this to me" look. Thanks... I'm not sure if we're going to be there when they put her under or not, I hope we can/ will be. We'll find out the details in the morning.

Add to that the fact that if the infection gets hard (they tried to clean it out today), we have to rush her to the ER right away. Doc says there is a 50/50 shot at that happening.
