That...and I really think when J rich when on that little run early in the second half, the team finally seemed to get going then. He was making plays on both ends of the court for a while there. If J Rich wasn't the MVP last night, he should have been the Co-MVP.

I completely agree with an earlier post about the potential of his leadership for next season.

I knew when we were down 12 that Iowa did not have what it takes to defeat THE BIG ORANGE! Great game!

Funny how so many want to give CCM all the blame for losses and then say he had "NOTHING" to do with this win. I can absolutely guarantee you that the only people who can speak to that difinitively...his players...would say the exact opposite. They epitomized CCM's mantra and style tonight.

It's obvious that too many people enjoy complaining about coaches they don't like more than enjoying the victories of the team they say they support. Sad, sad state of mind.

For me, on the other hand, I'm ecstatic!!! What an amazing game to watch and awesome victory for our program. Iowa could be the 3rd best team we faced this year after UF and UVA. Pretty solid to have beaten 2 of our 3 top opponents.

Great win!!! Go Vols!!!

Funny how when Tennessee was down and out, ZJC suddenly had too much work to do the post-game report. Now that they're winning, he conveniently has more free time. I mean, writing the post game report usually takes like, what, twenty minutes until it's posted....

Nah. I think his reasons are genuine. Being tourney season makes it more exciting too. I was just giving him a hard time. I've filled in for Z before at his request when he couldn't do it, so I'm happy to do so. I would never get in his way if he wanted the honor. He does a great job.
