I hope you're right. I even worry for our fans that are going down there. But then again, I have always been a worry wart....(bad habit)![]()
Could you elaborate on precisely what Kiffin has done to offend Gator fans?
Good point, and reminded me to put all of this in context.
Cliffs Notes version: (1) Said he looked forward to beating them and (2) Mistakenly accused their coach of a minor rules violation.
So like you, I'm not sure why there's all the outrage.
You're kidding, right? No other coach in the SEC would ever be so stupid as to go public with a statement that his team was going to beat another one before the game. Falsely accusing Florida of cheating is bad enough, but to brag about beating them before you've coached your first game is insane. This isn't Little League, it's not the Pop Warner League. Kiffin is going to find out Saturday what happens to a team with a coach that mouths off in this league against probably the best team the league has seen in 20 years.
I don't like Florida, but they are the real deal, and they are going to punish Tennessee unlike anything you've seen in a long time. You simply don't have the talent, and definitely not the coach, to avoid this. It does you no good whatsoever to act like there's not a problem.
I won't enjoy watching it. I like you guys. But it's coming like a freight train.
You obviously watch a lot of ESPN, swallowed the "yes we can" rhetoric and ,oh yeah, are a bammer. You're kidding, right? At least there won't be any urine bottles where I'm at. I'm at a Florida campsite, oh wait...
Not looking forward the crappy weather.
