I remember hearing from the Rivals guys that Ambles and Robert Woods Jr. both had a shot to be at #1 by the end of the year. Starting at #23 & #26 respectively, how hard is it going to be to get there now? I've never tracked guys on there from start to finish. It makes me think of Auburn and the BCS and how important it is to start as high as possible.
I'm a bit amused by everyone calling Black Bell for the top spot and he's 25th (although top QB).
I'm really surprised Sims is the second pure QB on this list behind Bell (with Christian Green an ATH/QB prospect).
Based on the tapes I've seen, Jesse Scroggins looked better than every QB that made the top-100.
I'm not surprised, though, it seems the Rivals guys are all sharing the same notes. Scroggins profile doesn't have a single pic or highlight clip and until six days ago there wasn't even a single article mentioning him. He seems to have been completely neglected by the Rivals staffers.
