No Heaps on the top 100, I posted it on his thread so this thread didn't get off topic

this will change multiple times.

hit the nail on the head.

there are only 12 5*s so there will be more also, and Jake had a very bad Army AA combine and that dropped him out. and also supposedly he is not as tall as he is listed.

I know it doesn't count in ratings, but the kid is a winner. 28-0 the last two years as a starter with 2 state titles.

I remember hearing from the Rivals guys that Ambles and Robert Woods Jr. both had a shot to be at #1 by the end of the year. Starting at #23 & #26 respectively, how hard is it going to be to get there now? I've never tracked guys on there from start to finish. It makes me think of Auburn and the BCS and how important it is to start as high as possible.

I'm a bit amused by everyone calling Blake Bell for the top spot and he's 25th (although top QB).

I'm really surprised Sims is the second pure QB on this list behind Bell (with Christian Green an ATH/QB prospect).

Based on the tapes I've seen, Jesse Scroggins looked better than every QB that made the top-100.

I'm not surprised, though, it seems the Rivals guys are all sharing the same notes. Scroggins profile doesn't have a single pic or highlight clip and until six days ago there wasn't even a single article mentioning him. He seems to have been completely neglected by the Rivals staffers.

I think his stock will rise quickly through out the year and he will be rated up there with the top QBs by the end of the year.

these things can go up and down really fast: Ex. last year Greg Reid started off as a nobody 3* not even ranked at his position and ended up a 5* ATH
