It's A group, which is supposed to be at a 7:15 pace. Unfortunately we have to circle around to pick up the fallouts which obviously slows us down a lot.
Love the shoes. HUGE difference. I ran all July and a bit few months before on just some tennis shoes I've had for years. I was a dummy and kept goin even when ankle got sore. I'm still holding back trying to rest it.
Yesterday morning went out for 2 miles. 18.21. 9.06 avg. Feelin good, just gotta get this ankle feelin better.
Trail 5k today in 22:49. I'm not good at keeping up with records and whatnot, but I know that has to be a PR for this trail and quite possibly the best trail 5k for me ever.
I really need to get new shoes. I went for a run this week and the ground was wet. I came back and my feet were all wet. Turns out that I have worn through the rubber and just using the foam of the shoe!
